Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan has been an Australian model, actor as well as a television host since May 10, 1981. The first time she was known, she was Pepper Steiger in Australia. This role she played during the 100 episodes of the soap opera Neighbors which aired from 2006 to 2007 helped make her a household name in Australia. She arrived in Hollywood through two separate projects. First, the choral comedy Hollywood & Wine in which she played an aspiring actress who was a newcomer to Hollywood. Scrubs 9th season. Maya plays the main role of the character. The show is then abruptly ended. Next, she continues filming for an episode of the Farrelly brother comedy Good to shoot featuring the Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson tandem. This follows appearances in series films and B series. In 2013, she landed more exposed roles: six episodes from the show detective Franklin and Bash and her first ever permanent part in Chosen alongside Milo Ventimiglia. The role she plays is the first two seasons as well as giving a response to Chad Michael Murray. In the following year she appeared in the supporting roles for two films with aircraft scenes. One was Flight 7500 One Way Back on the SyFy Channel with a group of TV actors, as well as Le Chaos (an action film with Nicolas Cage). She plays a pilot. It's Gabriel Luna who shares her poster for Matador, the upcoming show Matador. The first season of this action crime drama, in which actors portray CIA agents directed by Robert Rodriguez, has only 13 episodes. A pilot of a different show, which has not been successful, is still in development. The poster was shared by her for the B-Series romantic Borrowed Moments in 2015 with Brian Krause, then appeared as Kevin Hart's co-stars on the show Witness for Rent. The experimental Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence malick, was also distributed widely. She appears in 5 scenes of Satisfaction.
