The broadcast was telecast in all the major UK media outlets that night. In May 2012 Lowe became the first woman in UK tradition to present the FA Cup Final - a live, six-hour broadcast from Wembley Stadium. Lowe had previously worked for Setanta Sports, as both a journalist and a host. She hosted the pioneering coverage of Football Conference from Setanta Sports between 2007 and 2009. Also, she co-hosted Football Matters the Setanta's Premier League studio program.
